This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity), the Licensee, and PANDYA, Inc. (“Pandya” or “PANDYA Online Backup” or “we”), the Licensor. This Agreement consists of two parts: (i) Part 1 which deals with the support and maintenance services that will be provided to you by the Licensor and (ii) Part 2 which deals with the terms and conditions upon which the Software together with accompanying items including but not limited to, the executable programs, drivers, libraries and data files associated with such programs and all related documentation (collectively, "the Software") is licensed to you.
