This Solid Waste Management Services Agreement (the “Agreement”), made and entered into this day of , 20 by and between Brown County, Wisconsin, a Wisconsin body corporate ("Brown County"), through its Port & Resource Recovery Department and (“Municipality”). Brown County and Municipality shall collectively be referred to herein as “the Parties.” Capitalized terms used in this Agreement are defined in Section 1.
