This Group Purchasing Agreement (“Agreement”), dated May 15, 2021 (“Effective Date”), is entered into by and between Public Safety Association Inc. (“PSAI”) located at 56 33rd Ave S, PMB 347, St. Cloud, MN 56301 and Philips Healthcare, a division of Philips North America LLC (“Philips”), having a principal place of business at 222 Jacobs Street, 3rd Floor, Cambridge, MA 02141 (each, a “Party,” and together, the “Parties”).
