(collectively with its managed funds and affiliates, “Pine Brook”, and together with Cornell, Atlas, TRB, Commonwealth and Mercury, the “Lead Investors”), and each of the other Investors listed on the signature pages hereto or who becomes an Investor after the date hereof in accordance with Section 13.6 (collectively with the Lead Investors, the “Investors”, and each, an “Investor”).
