Clause 1 - PARTIES This document defines the terms of the training agreement between : On the one hand, the company/organization mentioned below: Name: Address: Represented by: And Facultat d’Informàtica de Barcelona – Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya represented by Núria Castell Ariño – Dean of the School hereafter called the “school”, concerning the company training carried out by the student of the above school, hereafter called the “trainee”: Name of the student: Date of birth of the student: Start date of training: End date of training: By signing this agreement, it is hereby considered that the trainee expressly agrees to the contents within. In the event of a student failing to present him/herself to the company on or before the above starting date, the company should notify the school’s training department of the fact within one week of the agreed starting date.
