This END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is a binding agreement between you (“You” or “Licensee”) and Brix Technologies, LLC, a Washington, DC limited liability company with offices located at 545 8th Street SE Washington, DC 20003 (“Company”). This Agreement governs Your use of Company's products, including without limitation the Company’s Dispatch Product (including all related documentation, the “Products”).
