This Facilities Use Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the Town of Taos, a New Mexico Municipality (“Town”) and the Taos Farmers Sunday Market affiliated with Tierra Lucero, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation (“Sunday Market”), a member of the New Mexico Farmers Marketing Association, on the date this Agreement is signed by the last party to sign as shown on the signature page below.
