This Agreement is a legal contract between you (“you” or “customer”, either an individual or the entity on whose behalf you are executing this agreement) and MedEase Inc.,(“we”, “us”, “MedEase Inc.,”) which governs your purchase and use of MedEase Inc.,’s telemedicine and related services(“the service”). By signing below, you agree that you have read this agreement and that you accept the terms of this agreement. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to this agreement. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with this agreement, you must not accept this agreement and may not use the service.
