These terms of use are entered into by and between You, Goalsetter, LLC ("Goalsetter,”), and its affiliates are collectively referred to as Company,""we," "us," or “our.” The following terms and conditions, together with any documents they expressly incorporate by reference (collectively, "Terms of Use"), govern your access to and use of the Goalsetter(collectively, “App”), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the App, whether as a visitor or a registered user. As used in these Terms of Use, “Goalsetter Account” means the account you have with us for services provided through Goalsetter. For purposes of these Terms, “Business Day” means Monday through Friday, excluding federal banking holidays. The section titles in these Terms of Use are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
