The Tenant, including, but not limited to, its heirs, successors, assigns and legal representatives, hereby agrees that this lease, any attachments, addendums, amendments, riders, exhibits and correspondence herein (hereafter collectively, the “Lease”) is deemed confidential. Tenant hereby agrees to use best efforts to preserve the confidentiality of this transaction. This confidentiality agreement extends to any lenders, brokers, bankers, lawyers, accountants, franchisors, franchisees, employees, agents or any other persons acting on behalf of the Tenant. The Tenant agrees to use best efforts to avoid discussing with, or disclosing to any third parties (except those parties listed above and those with a need to know such as insurance providers) any of the terms, conditions or particulars in connection with this transaction.
