*This Release Agreement applies to participation in the SFU Athletics Football Clan charter plane trip to Humboldt State University, October 30-31, 2015 including, without limitation, flight from Vancouver YVR airport to Arcata-Eureka Airport (Humboldt County, California), bus to Booster Club Event (October 30, 2015), overnight accommodation, bus to Booster Club Event and SFU vs Humboldt State Football game at Redwood Bowl Stadium (October 30, 2015) bus to Arcata/Eureka Airport, flight from Arcata-Eureka to Vancouver YVR Airport, and all related activities, programs, events, meals, celebrations, transportation, whether pre-arranged or otherwise (collectively, the Event”).
