Lanai Resorts, LLC, is an agent for Western Aircraft, Inc. (WESTERN) doing business as Lāna’i Air for its scheduled and on-demand charter flights within the State of Hawaii. Western Aircraft, Inc. is at all times the principal entity and licensed operator. Lanai Resorts, LLC, has no operational control of Lāna’i Air flights.
