I understand and acknowledge that my helicopter ride is purely voluntary and I have made the decision to fly of my own free will. I further understand and acknowledge that, but for my voluntary execution of this Agreement, Riverbend Enterprises would not provide me with a helicopter ride. In consideration of providing me with a helicopter ride, I agree as follows:
