This AGREEMENT (hereinafter “Agreement”) is entered into the Seventh (7th) day of August 2024 by and between California Baptist University (hereinafter “University” or “CBU”) and Mt. San Jacinto Community College District (“District”). CBU and District may be referred to individually as “Party” or collectively as “Parties.”
