This Standardized natural gas purchase and sale contract stipulates the Parties’ rights and obligations arising as a result of concluded transactions for purchase and sale of monthly, quarterly, annual and non-standard term products at the long-term segment of Balkan Gas Hub EAD Trading Platform, including the cases where there is no written purchase and sale contract concluded between them, but there are successfully executed long-term segment transactions through Trayport Joule software product.
