You are being provided access to Program(s) pursuant to a “Mission Investment Opportunity Recipient Agreement” (the “Recipient Agreement”) you have entered into with MOD. By entering into the Recipient Agreement, and by accepting the Program services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
