The purpose of this agreement is to allow a representative of the Licensee to register as an Adviser to provide services in connection with the Products on the Terms and Conditions. The registration of any Adviser to provide services in connection with the Products is subject to the agreement of Netwealth which may be given or withheld at Netwealth’s absolute discretion.
