This Agreement (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective as of June 3, 2011 (the “Effective Date”), between Halo Wireless Services, Inc. (“Halo”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Texas, with offices at 2351 West Northwest Highway, Suite 1204, Dallas, TX 75220 and Verizon New England Inc., d/b/a Verizon Massachusetts (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York with offices at 185 Franklin Street, Boston, MA 02110 (Verizon and Halo may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
