Surveyed, Klamath County, Oregon. The Forest Service will receive technical and price proposals (no public opening) at Klamath Falls Office of the Fremont-Winema National Forest, 2819 Dahlia Street, Suite A, Klamath Falls, OR, 97601, no later than 10:00 AM local time on or before September 19, 2014, for an estimated 33,556 Tons Ponderosa Pine saw timber, and 20,636 Tons White Fir and Other saw timber. Also included in the contract is one mandatory restorative service projects to be completed by the Contractor. The contract will be awarded based on a Best Value determination. One award will be made to the Offeror (a) whose proposal is technically acceptable and (b) whose technical/price relationship is the most advantageous to the Government. The Forest Service reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
