(this "Agreement") carefully before using the Evident Laboratory Management Solution (the "Solution") and the Services (as defined below) provided by Evident Inc. ("Evident") as part of the Solution. Evident provides the Services and the Solution in accordance with this Agreement. By using or accessing the Solution or clicking on the Accept button and paying the applicable fees, the Customer (as defined below) expressly indicate the Customer's acceptance of this Agreement and the Customer's agreement to be bound by this Agreement.
