The contract (the “Contract”) is made on receipt by National Grid Gas plc (“National Grid”) of (i) an acceptance (the “Acceptance”) from the customer (the “Customer”) of a quotation from National Grid for the alteration of the position of a service pipe and/or a meter installation (the “Quotation”) and (ii) payment in full for the Works (as defined below).
