This is the Custody Agreement (the "Agreement", as amended, supplemented or modified from time to time) between you (the "Client") and BGC, a limited liability company established under the laws of Hong Kong (company registration number 3117553) with registered address at Unit 2414-2416, 24/F, China Merchants Tower, Shun Tak Centre, 168-200 Connaught Road, Hong Kong (the "Custodian") (collectively the "Parties" and each a "Party"). This Agreement sets forth terms and conditions under which you intend to appoint the Custodian to provide custodial services and the Custodian to perform such services (the "Custodial Services").
