This agreement certifies that and NHS pledge cooperation and mutual assistance in the process of attaining the stated housing goals. It is agreed that you recognize the need for housing coaching and pledge full cooperation with your Housing Administrator. You agree to attend all scheduled appointments and training sessions at the agreed upon dates and times. Failure to attend appointments and training sessions will result in your termination from the NHS Homeownership Program.
