This Agreement establishes the Terms and Conditions under which the NCI Agency may request services from NFP Organizations. The General Terms and Conditions part of this agreement shall be superseded by the online version of the General NFP Terms and Conditions that will be made available by NCI Agency on its website and kept current. This Agreement does not obligate NFP Organisation to provide any services unless an Order has been executed.
