THIS FUNDING LOAN AGREEMENT (this “Funding Loan Agreement”), is made and entered into as of June 1, 2020, by and among WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association, in its capacity as Funding Lender (the “Funding Lender”), the CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA (the “Governmental Lender”), a municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of California (the “State”), and U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association, organized and operating under the laws of the United States of America, having a corporate trust office in Los Angeles, California, as Fiscal Agent (the “Fiscal Agent”). Capitalized terms are defined in Section 1.01 of this Funding Loan Agreement.
