All-Purpose means, in relation to allowances, that the allowance is payable for all purposes of the Agreement and is part of the gross weekly ordinary rates of pay and must be included when calculating all payments including, but not limited to, payments for overtime, Annual Leave, Personal Leave, Annual Leave loading, Public Holidays and payments on termination;
