This agreement (the “Agreement”) is made this 1st day of July, 2020 (“the Effective Date”) by and between the University of Baltimore (“UB”), a public university and member of the University System of Maryland located in Baltimore City, Maryland, and Anne Arundel Community College (“AACC”), a community college in Arnold, Maryland, to offer articulated transfer pathways where, after successful completion of AACC coursework, admissible AACC students will be able to transfer seamlessly to UB and enter programs leading to the Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degrees.
