There shall be three official arbitrators under this who shall be the first three arbitrators who are mutually agreed upon by the parties in any grievances filed under this Agreement. The said three official arbitrators shall be used on a rotating basis. However, if the official arbitrator selected on the rotating principle is not able to arbitrate the grievance within ten working days of receiving a notice to arbitrate, then the grievance shall be arbitrated by the next arbitrator. The official shall hold a hearing within ten working days from the day of receiving a notice to arbitrate.
