This continues to be achieved through the implementation of a range of initiatives, developed over a period of years, which are now embedded in core business. Our 2015 to 2016 Access Agreement consolidates and builds on this success with further improvements, while at the same time investing substantial resources in measures to maximise all students’ engagement, performance and attainment during their degree studies and beyond. We recognise that academic and support staff are the cornerstones of students’ success and UCLan is making significant investment in the development of its people and undergraduate courses. Access to innovative interactive learning spaces and latest technologies will create an environment which enhances students’ achievement and progression.
