Authors of University of California San Diego in conformity with this Agreement are scientists that are affiliated to University of California San Diego as members of one of its institutes (each, an "Authorized Author"). The University of California San Diego institutes are listed in Schedule 1. University of California San Diego Library has the aim to pay the Read fee concerning journal subscriptions and the Publish fee for articles ("Articles") published in JB journals if the corresponding author is affiliated to University of California San Diego. The object of this Agreement is to set out the terms and conditions relating to publication of such articles.
