This Agreement is between you and MONAT Natural Ireland Limited trading as MONAT Global Ireland (“MONAT”) and is dated as of the date you enrolled in the VIP Programme with MONAT. By becoming a VIP Customer with MONAT, and enjoying the advantages of VIP Programme you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below in connection with your VIP Membership. MONAT will not allow you to become a VIP Customer without your agreement to the terms in this Agreement.
