The above referred to parties hereby agree to recommend to their respective principles ratification of the attached agreed to articles, which represents the first collective agreement for the AUC Faculty Association (Part-Time Faculty) commencing June 12, 2003. Furthermore, the parties also agree that all other outstanding issues are hereby withdrawn.
