This Settlement Agreement, dated as of this day of May, 2023, is made and entered into by and among the following Settling Parties (as defined below): (i) Lynne Askew, Lynette Armstrong, Humara Thomas, and Jennifer Scofield (collectively “Representative Plaintiffs” or “Plaintiffs”), individually and on behalf of the Settlement Class (as defined below), by and through their counsel at MASON LLP and SIRI & GLIMSTAD LLP (“Proposed Settlement Class Counsel” or “Class Counsel”); and (ii) Gas South, LLC (“Gas South” or “Defendant”), by and through its counsel of record, MULLEN COUGHLIN LLC (collectively, the “Settling Parties”).
