WHEREAS the Union has been certified as the collective bargaining agent by the Ontario Labour Relations Board for all employees of Glendale Memorial Gardens and Crematorium (now Arbor Memorial Inc. dba Glendale Cemetery), save and except the assistant Property Manager, persons above the rank of assistant Property Manager, persons regularly employed for not more than twenty-four (24) hours per week, seasonal, office, clerical and sales staff.
