This Agreement of Limited Partnership is made as of the 24th day of August, 2020 (the “Agreement”) by and between Mercy Housing California 102 LLC, a California limited liability company (“General Partner” or the “Managing General Partner”) and South of Market Mercy Housing, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation (the “Initial Limited Partner”), and those parties who shall hereafter be admitted as Additional Limited Partners (together, the “Partners”).
