WHEREAS the Securityholder is the registered and/or beneficial owner of that number of issued and outstanding common shares (the “Common Shares”) and proportionate voting shares (the “Proportionate Voting Shares”, and together with the Common Shares, the “Shares”) in the capital of Cansortium Inc. (the “Purchaser”), a corporation existing under the laws of the Province of Ontario, set forth on the Securityholder’s signature page attached to this Agreement.
