THIS AGREEMENT is made this OCTOBER 23, 2008, in the City and County of San Francisco, State of California, by and between the COUNTY OF SAN MATEO (“San Mateo") and the CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN FRANCISCO, a municipal corporation (“San Francisco" or "City"), in its capacity as fiscal agent for the UASI Approval Authority, as defined below, acting by and through San Francisco’s Department of Emergency Management (“DEM”).
