This COMMERCIAL LEASE AGREEMENT (“Lease”), dated as of , 2023 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into between City of Placerville, a California municipal corporation, ("City" or “Landlord”), and Arts and Culture El Dorado, a California 501c (3) Non-Profit Organization ("Arts and Culture" or “Tenant” and together with Landlord collectively referred to herein collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”).
