This software application and the associated www.puckrecruiter.com website (collectively, the “Digital Media”) are owned and operated by or on behalf of PR Hockey Enterprises Inc. and/or its affiliates (collectively, “PRE”). These Terms and Conditions of Service (the “Terms and Conditions”) contain the terms, covenants, conditions and provisions upon which you may access and use the Digital Media and any other services and related information provided to you by PRE (collectively, the “Services”), either through the Digital Media or through other means and media, including but not limited to software, applications and data (collectively, the “PRE Materials”). As used herein “you” shall be deemed to refer to you as the individual accessing the Services.
