This Agreement for the Installation of Emergency Services Internet Protocol Network (“ESInet”), and Next Generation Core Services (“NGCS”) Requirement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of , 2021 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the Santa Rosa County Emergency Management (“Santa Rosa County”), and NGA 911, LLC, a California limited liability company (“NGA 911”). Santa Rosa County and NGA 911 are individually referred to herein as a “Party” and are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties”).
