THIS REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into on this 26th day of August, 2020 (the “Agreement Date”), by and between the CITY OF EASTVALE, a California municipal corporation (the “City”) and The Merge Company 1, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company (the “Developer”). City and Developer are sometimes referred to in this Agreement individually as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
