THIS AGREEMENT (hereinafter “Agreement”) is entered into on the date of the last signatory noted below (the “Effective Date”), between the City of Columbia, Missouri, a municipal corporation (hereinafter, "City") and Dr. Taylor Sirois (hereinafter, “Sirois”). City and Sirois are each individually referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
