These Bayer Hackathon Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) and Participation Agreement (combined the “Agreements”) constitute a legally binding contract between you and/or your team (“You” and “Your Team”) and Bayer U.S. LLC (“Bayer”) and apply to Your and Your
