This Settlement Agreement and Release is entered into between and among the following parties, by and through their respective counsel: Plaintiff Anita Jairam (“Plaintiff” or “Class Representative”), on behalf of herself and the Settlement Class, and Defendant Colourpop Cosmetics, LLC (“Defendant” or “Colourpop”). Plaintiff and Defendant will sometimes be referred to together as the “Parties,” or, individually, as a “Party”.
