THIS LEASE AGREEMENT (“Lease”) is made the 10th day of May, 2021, between the City of Pueblo, a Colorado municipal corporation (hereinafter called the “City”) and Ferguson Enterprises, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company (hereinafter called the “Company”). Company and City are sometimes referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively, as the “Parties.”
