This Product Order forms part of the Agreement as described in Part A below. When accepted by Capita (by signing this Product Order below) this Product Order becomes part of the Agreement. This Product Order is governed by the terms and conditions of the Master Terms and the Product Terms attached or referred to at Annex 1 to this Product Order. Any Professional Services performed in accordance with this Product Order shall be governed by the Professional Services Terms attached or referred to at Annex 2 to this Product Order. Capitalised terms used in this Product Order are defined in the Master Terms and/or the Product Terms and/or the Professional Services Terms.
