This Agreement for Services ("Agreement") is made by and between THE REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA, a California corporation (hereinafter referred to as "University"), acting for and on behalf of the Gluck Fellows Program of the Arts (hereinafter referred to as "Facility") of its Riverside campus (hereinafter referred to as "UCR"), and Perris Union High School District (hereinafter referred to as "Client") (hereinafter, referred to as collectively, the "Parties", and each individually, "Party").
