By using your Hubert Cash Back Mastercard, you agree to the following terms and conditions which form part of the Cardholder Agreement between you and us. In these terms and conditions, “you” and “your” means the Primary Cardholder and/or Joint Cardholders and “we”, “our” and “us” means Hubert Financial (Hubert). Unless a term is otherwise defined herein, definitions contained in the Cardholder Agreement apply to these terms and conditions.
