TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF STUDENT-RESIDENT CONTRACT 2015-2016Terms and Conditions • May 27th, 2015
This document constitutes a contract between the undersigned student-resident (hereinafter called “Resident”) and New Jersey Institute of Technology (hereinafter called “University”). It sets forth the terms and conditions under which the Resident will occupy the premises in University housing. This contract is subject to: (1) the availability of space at the time this contract is received; (2) University approval of the Resident’s application; and (3) timely payment of all required amounts. The University preference is to provide accommodations to full-time matriculated students first.
