This Facilities Rental Agreement , Exhibit A for the rental of a specific portion of the Luther Burbank Center for the Arts (“the Center”), located at 50 Mark West Springs Road, Santa Rosa, California, is entered into as of the date first set forth on the License Agreement - Schedule A, attached hereto and included herein, (“Effective Date”) by and between the Luther Burbank Memorial Foundation (“Landlord”) and Client listed under the Agreement (“Renter). The Terms and Conditions setforth Whereas Renter desires to rent the Center, or a portion thereof: NOW, THEREFORE, contained herein, the parties agree as follows:
